Robson Braga de Andrade is the president of CNI since 2010. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Andrade is president of the Orteng Group, a Brazilian group of companies specialized in turnkey solutions and services in electrical and electro-mechanical equipment, energy and automation systems. Mr Andrade is also former president of Minas Gerais State Federation of Industry and has followed an executive training course at INSEAD, France.

Thomas J. Donohue is president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Since assuming his position in 1997, Donohue has built the Chamber into a lobbying and political powerhouse with expanded influence across the globe.

During Donohue's tenure, the Chamber's lobbyists, policy experts, legal advocates, and communicators have helped secure business victories on Capitol Hill, in the regulatory agencies, in politics, in courts of law and in the court of public opinion, and before governments around the world.

In an era of economic and fiscal challenges, Donohue has aggressively advanced the American Jobs and Growth Agenda, a plan that includes expanding trade and domestic energy production, rebuilding America's infrastructure, combating an avalanche of new regulations, protecting intellectual property, revitalizing capital markets, and reforming entitlements and the tax system.

Born in New York City, Donohue earned a bachelor's degree from St. John's University and a master's degree in business administration from Adelphi University.

He holds honorary degrees from Adelphi, St. John's, Marymount, and Bradley universities, as well as the National University of Ireland at Maynooth. He is a 2013 recipient of the Horatio Alger Award. Donohue and his wife, Liz, have three sons and five grandchildren.

Mr. Chang-soo Huh is the 33rd Chairman of the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI), assuming the position in February 2011.

He is also Chairman of GS Holdings Corp. that specializes in energy, distribution, and construction. GS Holdings operates subsidiaries and affiliates such as GS Caltex Oil, GS Power, GS Retail, GS Shop, GS EPS, GS Global, and GS Engineering & Construction. Mr. Huh assumed his current position and responsibilities as Chairman of GS as of July 2004. He has also been serving as Chairman of GS Engineering & Construction Since 2002.

A graduate of Telecom Bretagne (l'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Bretagne) and holder of a Certificate in Administrative Management from George Washington University (USA), he was a project engineer and export project manager at Dassault Electronics from 1984 to 1989.

From 1989 to 1992, he was the Managing Director of Fontaine Electronics, and then Convergie (a subsidiary of the Dynaction Group). Pierre Gattaz became the Managing Director of Radiall in December 1992 and has been the Chairman of the Board ever since January 1994.

He was President of GIXEL (Professional Association for Electronic Components Systems, Digital Identity Industries) from 1999 to 2003, and then President and founder of the FIEN (Digital and Electronic Industries) from 2002 to 2007, before being elected President of the FIEEC (Federation of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Industries - 30 industrial unions) in 2007, at which time he joined the Executive Committee of the MEDEF (Movement of French Enterprises). S. Gopalakrishnan (Kris), along with N.R. Narayana Murthy and five others, founded Infosys in 1981. Kris served as Director (Technical) and his initial responsibilities included the management of design, development, implementation, and support of information systems for clients in the consumer products industry in the U.S.

Between 1987 and 1994, Kris served as the Vice President for Technical Operations of KSA/Infosys, a joint venture between Infosys and KSA located in Atlanta, U.S. In 1994, he returned to India and was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Infosys.

Before becoming the CEO and Managing Director in July 2007, Kris served as Infosys' Chief Operating Officer, President and Joint Managing Director, responsible for customer services, technology, investments, and acquisitions. Kris served as the company's Executive Co-Chairman between August 2012 and May 2013. He has been re-designated as the Executive Vice Chairman of the company effective June 1, 2013.

He is a Trustee of the Infosys Science Foundation, a not-for-profit trust, set up by Infosys and some members of its Board, to spread the culture of science mainly through the Infosys Prize, an annual award across six scientific categories.

Recognized as a global business and technology thought leader, Kris was recently voted the top CEO (IT Services category) in Institutional Investor's inaugural ranking of Asia's Top Executives and selected as one of the winners of the 2nd Asian Corporate Director Recognition Awards by Corporate Governance Asia in 2011. He was also selected to Thinkers 50, an elite list of global business thinkers compiled by Des Dearlove and Stuart Crainer, in association with the IE Business School, Madrid and the London Business School's Management Innovation Lab in 2009.

In January 2011, the Government of India awarded Kris the Padma Bhushan, the country's third highest civilian honor. Ulrich Grillo was born in Cologne in 1959. He is married with two children.

After a traineeship at the Deutsche Bank AG in Duisburg, he studied at the Westfalische Wilhelms University in Munster where he was awarded his degree in Business Administration.

From 1987 to 1989 Ulrich Grillo worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. Ltd in Frankfurt am Main and from 1989 to 1993 he was employed at A.T.Kearney Ltd in Dusseldorf before moving to the Rheinmetall Group. He was subsequently appointed deputy chairman of the executive board of the Rheinmetall DeTec in Ratingen. In August 2001 he joined the executive board of the Grillo-Werke AG and has been its chairman since 2004.

From 2006 to 2012 Ulrich Grillo was President of the WirtschaftsVereinigung Metalle (German non ferrous-metals association) Dusseldorf/Berlin and from 2011 to 2012 Vice-President of the Federation of German Industries (BDI). In addition, from June 2007 to

December 2012 Grillo was chairman of the BDI Committee on "Raw Materials Policy".

Jabulane (Jabu) Mabuza is the President of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telkom SA SOC Limited. Jabu was appointed to the Board of Telkom in November 2012. He is widely recognised as a successful entrepreneur. He retired from the position of Group Chief Executive of Tsogo Sun Holdings Ltd effective 30 September 2011, and currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of Tsogo Sun Holdings. Jabu has held a number of directorships within the Southern Sun and Tsogo Sun Groups. He has served on the Board of South African Tourism for nine years and as its Chairman, for the last six years, ending May 2012. Jabu is the current Chairman of the Casino Association of South Africa (CASA).

He is CEO of Mapei, an industrial group specialized in chemical products for building, since 1984.

He has been President of Federchimica, the Italian Federation of the Chemical Industry from 1997 to 2003 and from 2005 to June 2011.

From October 2010 to September 2012, he has been President of CEFIC, the European Chemical Industry Council, representing 29.000 companies that produce about a quarter of the world's chemicals.

Already a member of Board of Directors and Committee of Confindustria, he has been Vice Chairman of Confindustria appointed to technological innovation and research from July 2003 to May 2004; since May 2010 he is President of the Technical Committee for Europe.

Since May 24th 2012 he is President of Confindustria.

Innes Willox is Chief Executive of the Australian Industry Group, a leading industry organisation representing businesses in a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, construction, defence, ICT and labour hire.

Innes joined Ai Group as Director International and Government Relations in 2008 with responsibility for policy development and advocacy across federal and state government systems including in the areas of trade, defence, climate change, industrial relations and communications He was appointed Chief Executive in May 2012.

Prior to joining Ai Group he held a number of senior roles in both the public and private sectors. He served as the Australian Consul General to Los Angeles from 2006 to 2008, where he represented wide-ranging Australian interests on the west coast of the United States. He was Chief of Staff to the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alexander Downer, from 2000 to 2006. Earlier, he was Manager of Global Public Affairs for Singapore Airlines, based in Singapore (2000-04).

Innes began his working career as a journalist. His positions included Chief of Staff at The Age newspaper in Melbourne and Chief Political Correspondent for The Age in the Canberra Parliamentary Press Gallery.

Muharrem Yilmaz was born in 1957 in Bursa, Turkey. After completing his secondary education at Galatasaray High School in Istanbul, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Uludag University.

After working several years in the family business SUTAS Group -active in dairy integrated production including "Dairy Stud Farm", "Fodder Factory" and "Dairy Factory" at its Bursa and Aksaray facilities, he was named General Manager in 1989. He was subsequently appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of SUTAS Group and has been the group's Chief Executive Officer since 2005.

As of 2012 the SUTAS Group has a turnover of USD 966 million and has been the dairy market leader for six consecutive years. The SUTAS Group has acquired production facilities in Macedonia and Romania and is currently consolidating its market presence in these countries.

From 1999 to 2002, Muharrem Yilmaz was the Chairman of The Board of Young Businessmen's Association of Turkey (TUGIAD). He served two 2-year terms on TUSIAD's Board of Directors, first as a member between 2009-2010 and then as a Vice-President between 2011-2012. During his tenure on the Board of TUSIAD, he also carried out parallel duties as the President of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD), the Vice President of both the Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TURKONFED) and the Federation of Sectoral Associations (SEDEFED), respectively the territorial and the sectorial partners of TUSIAD.

Muharrem Yilmaz was elected President of TUSIAD by the General Assembly on the 17th of January 2013 for a term of 2 years.
